The Hotel



We are staying at the Ginger Hotel in Chennai.  The rooms are tiny compared to American hotel rooms.

 The slums are right outside the walls of our hotel.

    The hotel reminds me of France. Except that the bath was communal and at the end of the hall. They wash themselves since they don't always put on clean underwear every day: hmm just like France. Are you sure that you cleared Europe. ;] But in that climate it is never a bad idea.
